Tickets are available for all shows online, via phone or purchased in person.

Tickets can be purchased in advance from Tamworth Information Centre, Market Street, Open 9.30 - 4.30 daily (closed Sundays) Tel 01827 709618. The TIC accept all major credit cards.

Advance Tickets are subject to a 10% booking fee.

Age limits Please be aware most events have a 14+ age restriction, all tribute acts have an over 18's restriction, but this is NOT the case for all events please check the "whats on" section for any further age restrictions.

Purchasing and Consuming Alcohol To buy or drink alcohol at the Palace you must get a wristband on entry to prove your age, People will only be served at the bar with this wristband. You are liable to be asked for ID reguardless of your age. If you wish to drink please ensure you bring either a Driving Licence or a Passport to prove your age. Anyone who looks under 25 WILL be asked for ID
